Shipping times to each individual country may vary and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or date.

We do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery times within each shipping service we use. We are not however, liable for delays caused by third party shipping partners either within the UK or overseas.

Returns

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of any goods which have been worn or used. Any goods being returned to us must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.

We do not offer free returns on non-faulty goods.

Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us. All returned items will be inspected for condition and refunded if the goods have been received in unworn, unused condition with all original labels intact. Once processed, you will receive an email from us stating that you can expect your refund within 1-3 business days. Please note that you will not be refunded for any shipping charges.

We strongly suggest that you obtain a certificate of postage and tracking for your return shipment. We do not take any responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
