If you are in the UK, we offer express next-day shipping *. Select the express shipping option at the checkout before 2 pm on any business day. Your order will be shipped on the same day. After 2 pm, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

*Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Express Next Day delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Yes, we do provide free shipping on all UK orders over the final order amount of £25. 

All of our orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email confirming that we have dispatched your order. In this email, you will find a Royal Mail tracking number. Here is a link to the Royal Mail tracking website.

We only accept returns on goods which are unopened, unworn and in their original packaging with tags. We will not pay the cost of return shipping on any undamaged goods being returned. 

We strive to ensure that our products are not sent in poor condition, however, we accept that sometimes damage can occur during shipping. If you have received something which has been damaged, please contact us and we will assist you. Please note, that we will require photographs of any damage or defect.

We are sorry to hear that, but we understand things change sometimes. If you need to cancel your order then you must contact us right away. The faster you tell us, the better we can assist you. Any order not cancelled within 1 hour or confirmation is not guaranteed to be cancelled. If your socks have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.

If you have had any payments declined on our website you will need to contact your bank, credit card company or financial institution directly. 

You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Occasionally these emails will get sent into your spam folder, please check and see if that has happened. If your order confirmation email has not been received within 24 hours please contact us so we can take a look and see what has happened.

Our Women's socks are designed to fit a UK shoe size 3-7 and our men's socks fit a UK shoe size 7-11. 

All of our socks can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C. It is best to hang our socks to air dry them. Do not iron. 

We are actively working towards becoming as eco-friendly as possible. Our new packaging is eco-friendly, and made from a minimum of 99% recycled material. As well as that, we are actively phasing out plastic, non-reusable packaging. We also sea-ship our supplies rather than air-ship them to reduce our carbon footprint where possible.
