Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. *

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept returns of any goods which have been worn or used. Any goods being returned to us must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.

We offer subsidised return shipping for unworn, unused goods. A contribution of £2.99 per parcel will be deducted from your refund. 

Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us. All returned items will be inspected for condition and refunded if the goods have been received in unworn, unused condition with all original labels intact. Once processed, you will receive an email from us stating that you can expect your refund within 1-3 business days. Please note that you will not be refunded for any shipping charges.

We strongly suggest that you obtain a certificate of postage and tracking for your return shipment. We do not take any responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

You may cancel your order before the item(s) have been fulfilled and receive a full refund. This refund is issued within 14 days.
